Oooo...Pam, the ruffle brings back memories of my prom dress from 1970!! It was umpire, black taffeta skirt, white v-neck top with a huge ruffle around the neck and collar. Of course, it was spectacular...much like your darling ruffle-shrug!
Thanks everyone for the sweet comments! I really love this shrug, but I'm going to rip out the ruffle on the sleeves and try something else. I'll keep you posted!
(Ellen cracks me up, I bet her prom dress was faboo!!)
Pam, it looks lovely on you with your jeans outfit! Just the other day, I saw a knitted ruffly cardigan in bright yellow (hideous), but I love the shape and wanted to use it as a pattern to make a crocheted one... I am still thinking of whether to buy it, as I find it so hard to begin to design from just my imagination ;)
Cool Ruffle Shrug... they are perfect with just about anything.
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute Pam! Is this your own design? Do you plan on offering this one?
ReplyDeleteI love it! Looks great on you, love the color.
