Oooo...Pam, the ruffle brings back memories of my prom dress from 1970!! It was umpire, black taffeta skirt, white v-neck top with a huge ruffle around the neck and collar. Of course, it was spectacular...much like your darling ruffle-shrug!

Pam, it looks lovely on you with your jeans outfit! Just the other day, I saw a knitted ruffly cardigan in bright yellow (hideous), but I love the shape and wanted to use it as a pattern to make a crocheted one... I am still thinking of whether to buy it, as I find it so hard to begin to design from just my imagination ;)
